The Company retired approximately $0.2 million and $5.5 million of fully depreciated assets during the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively. The Company had approximately $1.2 million and $2.5 million of property and equipment additions during the year ended December 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively, associated with the buildout of the new leased space in St. Louis, Missouri.
