Employee Benefit Plan	15. Employee Benefit Plan The Company offers employees the opportunity to participate in a 401(k) plan. Through September 30, 2011, the Company matched employee contributions dollar for dollar up to 3% of the employee’s salary during the employee’s period of participation. Such employer contributions are discretionary under the 401(k) plan. As of October 1, 2011, the Company suspended all matching contributions indefinitely. The Company had no expenses related to the employee contribution matching program for the year ended December 31, 2013. For the years ended December 31, 2012 and 2011, the Company expensed $8,595, and $395,633, respectively, related to the plan.
