Subsequent Events	14. Subsequent Events While the Company remains focused on continuing the third quarter positive operating and financial trends, the Company also recognizes the need to strengthen its balance sheet. As a result, an independent financial advisor has been engaged to assist management and the Board of Directors in reviewing all possible strategic and financial alternatives, including the sale of non-core assets or distribution rights and geographic partnerships. There can be no assurance as to whether any particular strategic or financing alternative will be recommended by the Board, and the Company does not intend to disclose information on the progress of this evaluation until such time as deemed appropriate by the Board.
