Employee Benefit Plan	14. Employee Benefit Plan The Company offers employees the opportunity to participate in a 401(k) plan. Through September 30, 2011, the Company matched employee contributions dollar for dollar up to 3% of the employee's salary during the employee's period of participation. Such employer contributions are discretionary under the 401(k) plan. As of October 1, 2011, the Company suspended all matching contributions indefinitely. For the years ended December 31, 2011, 2010, and 2009, the Company expensed $395,633, $414,765, and $540,168, respectively, related to the plan.
