Subsequent Event, Description	On October 29, 2019, the Company granted to directors and management stock options to acquire an aggregate of 2,450,000 common shares of the Company’s common stock.	On October 23, 2019, the Company closed a private placement offering of 7,500,000 Units of the Company at a price of US$0.08 per Unit, for total proceeds to the Company of $600,000.
