On June 16, 2008, Xerium Germany Holding GmbH, a subsidiary of Xerium Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), delivered a notice of termination of employment to Josef Mayer, the Company’s Executive Vice President – Business Development, effective June 30, 2009. Mr. Mayer also was removed from his position as a Managing Director of Xerium Germany Holding GmbH, effective June 16, 2008.
