The number of shares of Common Stock reported as beneficially owned following the reclassification reflect a 1.430099-for-one stock split which was completed following the reclassification, at which time 1,701,519 shares of Common Stock held by Caisse were split into 2,433,341 shares of Common Stock. As a result of the consummation of the initial public offering of the Issuer's Common Stock, dated July 21, 2004, Caisse ceased to own more thant 10% of the Issuer's Common Stock.
