Dividends During the second quarter of 2017, on April 25, 2017, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a $0.46 per share quarterly dividend on its outstanding common stock for shareholders of record as of June 15, 2017 which was paid on June 30, 2017. The Company had approximately $22.6 million accrued for common stock dividends at June 18, 2017. Subsequent to the second quarter, on July 19, 2017, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a $0.46 per share quarterly dividend on its outstanding common stock for shareholders of record as of September 15, 2017 to be paid on September 30, 2017.
