Dividends During the first quarter of 2017, on February 15, 2017, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a $0.46 per share quarterly dividend on its outstanding common stock for shareholders of record as of March 15, 2017 which was paid on March 30, 2017. The Company had approximately $22.5 million accrued for common stock dividends at March 26, 2017. Subsequent to the first quarter, on April 25, 2017, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a $0.46 per share quarterly dividend on its outstanding common stock for shareholders of record as of June 15, 2017 to be paid on June 30, 2017.
