Supplemental Disclosures of Cash Flow Information The Company had non-cash investing activities related to accruals for capital expenditures of $4.0 million at September 12, 2021 and $4.3 million at January 3, 2021. The Company also had less than $0.1 million of non-cash investing activities related to lease incentives in the three fiscal quarters of 2021.

The entire disclosure for supplemental cash flow activities, including cash, noncash, and part noncash transactions, for the period. Noncash is defined as information about all investing and financing activities of an enterprise during a period that affect recognized assets or liabilities but that do not result in cash receipts or cash payments in the period. "Part noncash" refers to that portion of the transaction not resulting in cash receipts or cash payments in the period.
