DIVIDENDS In March 2014, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share of common stock outstanding, which was paid on March 31, 2014 to shareholders of record on March 14, 2014. The establishment of future record and payment dates is subject to the final determination of the Company's Board of Directors.
