INCOME TAXES	8. INCOME TAXES The benefit for income taxes for the three months ended March 31, 2013 was $4.7 million, or 38.4% of pretax loss, compared to a benefit for income taxes of $1.8 million, or 44.7% of pretax loss for the three months ended March 31, 2012. The effective tax rate decrease was due to the effect of permanent items compared to projected income for the year.
