Kedron Village In June 2013, the Company received notice that the representatives of the lender intended to initiate foreclosure proceedings on Kedron Village. On July 2, 2013, the foreclosure proceedings were completed and the mortgage lender took title to the property in satisfaction of principal and interest due on the mortgage. The Company classified the operations of Kedron Village to Discontinued Operations for the three months ended March 31, 2013.

In June 2013, the Company received notice that the representatives of the lender intended to initiate foreclosure proceedings on Kedron Village.
