Operating lease description			We lease certain facilities and equipment under non-cancelable capital and operating leases, which expire at various dates through 2013. Effective September 1, 2010, we entered into a lease agreement to lease office space in Los Angeles, California. The lease requires a monthly payment of $5,500 commencing in September 2010. Effective November 1, 2010, the Company entered into a lease agreement to lease additional space adjacent to the current office space in Los Angeles, California. The lease requires an additional monthly payment of $3,193 commencing in November 2010. Both leases expire on August 31, 2013 unless renewed.
