Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 6 Subsequent Events The Company evaluated events through June 14, 2013 that warrant disclosure in the financial statements. The Company obtained additional financing of approximately $562,275 from sales of working interests and equity subscriptions after April 30, 2013, but before June 14, 2013.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
