Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 5 Related Party Transactions The Company paid management fees to various companies under the control of Executive Officers of the Company totaling $63,000 and $11,488, for the quarter ended April 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively. These management fees are included in general and administrative expenses.
