Note 2.     Basis of Presentation

The unaudited consolidated financial statements of the Company have been prepared in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) rules and regulations for interim financial reporting and therefore do not necessarily include all information and footnote disclosures normally included in annual financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America (“GAAP”). The information provided by these interim financial statements reflect all adjustments which are, in the opinion of management, necessary for a fair presentation of the Company’s consolidated statements of financial condition as of March 31, 2014 and December 31, 2013, statements of operations, statements of comprehensive income, statements of shareholders’ equity, and statements of cash flows for the three months ended March 31, 2014 and March 31, 2013. Operating results for interim periods are not necessarily indicative of operating results for an entire fiscal year.

The unaudited financial statements should be read in conjunction with the audited financial statements and notes thereto included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2013. The accounting policies used in the preparation of these interim financial statements were consistent with those used in the preparation of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2013.  Some items in the prior period financial statements were reclassified to conform to the current presentation. The reclassifications had no effect on prior period net income or shareholders’ equity.
