Item 8.01.	On May 17, 2007, American Express Credit Account Master Trust supplemented its Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of May 16, 1996, as amended and restated as of January 1, 2006, with its Series 2007-4 Supplement, dated as of May 17, 2007. The Series Supplement is attached hereto as Exhibit 4.1.
	On May 17, 2007, American Express Credit Account Master Trust issued its $704,000,000 Class A Floating Rate Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-4 and $44,000,000 Class B Floating Rate Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-4 (the “Certificates").
Item 8.02.	On May 17, 2007, American Express Credit Account Master Trust supplemented its Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of May 16, 1996, as amended and restated as of January 1, 2006, with its Series 2007-5 Supplement, dated as of May 17, 2007. The Series Supplement is attached hereto as Exhibit 4.2.
	On May 17, 2007, American Express Credit Account Master Trust issued its $440,000,000 Class A Floating Rate Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-5 and $27,500,000 Class B Floating Rate Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-5 (the “Certificates").
