Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events The Company evaluates subsequent events through the date on which the financial statements are issued. On November 9, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.10 per share. The dividend will be payable on December 27, 2023 to the common stockholders of record on December 13, 2023. If the merger with Mizuho Americas is consummated prior to the close of trading on December 13, 2023, no dividend will be paid to stockholders of Greenhill who hold common shares prior to the closing of the merger with Mizuho Americas.
