Related Parties	Related Parties At September 30, 2018 and December 31, 2017, the Company had no amounts receivable from or payable to related parties. The Company subleases airplane and office space to a firm owned by the Chairman of the Company. The Company recognized rent reimbursements of $0.0 million for the three months ended September 30, 2018 and less than $0.1 million for each of the three months ended September 30, 2017 and nine month periods ended September 30, 2018 and 2017.
