Related Parties	Related Parties At June 30, 2018 and December 31, 2017, the Company had no amounts receivable from or payable to related parties. The Company subleases airplane and office space to a firm owned by the Chairman of the Company. The Company recognized rent reimbursements of less than $0.1 million for each of the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2018 and 2017.
