Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions BMS BMS owned 10.9% and 12.0% of the Company’s fully diluted equity as of September 30, 2020 and December 31, 2019, respectively. Refer to Note 14 for additional information regarding this collaboration arrangement. During the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, all revenue recognized by the Company was recognized under the BMS collaboration arrangement
