On September 15, 2014, Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (“MPS”) issued a press release announcing the quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share to its stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Declares Third Quarter Cash Dividend

SAN JOSE, Calif. September 15, 2014--Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) (Nasdaq: MPWR), a leading fabless manufacturer of high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, today announced its third quarter dividend of $0.15 per common share to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2014. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2014.
