Subsequent Events On October 5, 2012, the Company received a payment of $2.3 million from Linear (see Note 7) which will be recorded as credits to litigation expense (benefit) on the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations during the quarter ended December 31, 2012.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
