4. Property and Equipment, Net

Depreciation expense was approximately $0.7 million and $0.6 million for the three months ended October 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively, and was approximately $1.9 million and $1.9 million for the nine months ended October 31, 2021 and 2020, respectively.
