11. Segment Reporting

The Company operates in one reportable segment related to the development and sales of low-power, high-definition video products. The Chief Executive Officer of the Company has been identified as the Chief Operating Decision Maker (the “CODM”) and manages the Company’s operations as a whole and for the purpose of evaluating financial performance and allocating resources, the CODM reviews financial information presented on a consolidated basis accompanied by information by customer and geographic region.

As of October 31, 2013, substantially all of the Company’s long-lived tangible assets are located in the Asia Pacific region.

Major Customers

The customers representing 10% or more of revenue and accounts receivable were Wintech, the Company’s logistic provider, and Chicony, a direct ODM customer, which combined accounted for approximately 86% and 78% of total revenue for the three months ended October 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively, and approximately 85% and 79% of total revenue for the nine months ended October 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively. Accounts receivable with these two customers combined accounted for approximately $22.9 million and $17.6 million as of October 31, 2013 and January 31, 2013, respectively.
