4. Property and Equipment, Net

Depreciation expense was approximately $1.2 million and $1.2 million for the three months ended July 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively, and was approximately $2.4 million and $2.3 million for the six months ended July 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively.
