Based upon 34,548,368 shares of the Issuer’s common stock issued and outstanding as of April 17, 2012.
The following constitutes Amendment No. 1 (“Amendment No. 1”) to the Schedule 13D filed by the Reporting Person. This Amendment No. 1 amends the original Schedule 13D filed by the Reporting Person with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on February 5, 2010. Only those items hereby reported in this Amendment No. 1 are amended and all other items remain unchanged. Terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings set forth in the Schedule 13D, as amended.
Item 3. Source and Amount of Funds or Other Consideration
On April 17, 2012, Mr. Crabtree acquired 3,600,000 common shares of Eurasia Energy Limited (the “Company”) at a deemed price of $0.05 per share in lieu of accrued salary owed by the Company.

The following information is based upon a total of 34,548,368 shares of Company common stock which is outstanding as of April 17, 2012.
Mr. Crabtree beneficially owns 6,788,333 common shares of Company common stock, representing 19.65% of the outstanding common stock. Mr. Crabtree has the sole voting and dispositive power on his 6,788,333 common shares of the Company.
