Stock options and restricted stock totaling 28,570 shares and 19,101 shares for the three months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively, and 44,830 and 41,033 shares for the six months ended June 30 2021, and 2020, respectively, were excluded from the computation of diluted earnings per share because their effect would have been antidilutive. The computation of diluted shares can vary among periods due, in part, to the change in the average price of the Company’s common stock.
