Related Party Transactions	(5) Related Party Transactions Board members. Dennis Lynch, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, is a member of the Board of Directors for Fiserv, Inc. (“Fiserv”). Additionally, Jorge Diaz, also a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, is the Division President and Chief Executive Officer of Fiserv Output Solutions, a division of Fiserv. During the years ended December 31, 2014, 2013 and 2012, Fiserv provided the Company with third-party services during the normal course of business, including transaction processing, network hosting, network sponsorship, maintenance, cash management, and cash replenishment. The amounts paid to Fiserv for the years ended December 31, 2014, 2013, and 2012 were immaterial. Bansi, an entity that owns a noncontrolling interest in the Company’s subsidiary, Cardtronics Mexico, provides various ATM management services to Cardtronics Mexico in the normal course of business, including serving as one of the vault cash providers and bank sponsors, as well as providing other miscellaneous services. The amounts paid to Bansi for the years ended December 31, 2014, 2013, and 2012 were immaterial.
