Item 5.02 (b) Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 16, 2007, Mr. Thompson Dean, a Director and member of the Executive Committee of the Registrant, and Visant Corporation and Visant Secondary Holdings Corp., the Registrant’s subsidiaries, resigned effective on such date from his directorships with these entities in connection with the expiration of his consulting arrangement with Credit Suisse First Boston LLC with respect to such companies. No replacement has been named at this time.
