On May 20, 2005, Von Hoffmann Corporation,  an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Visant Holdings Corp., issued a press release announcing the purchase of additional press equipment for its Jefferson City, Missouri facility.  A copy of that press release is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
