("AngioDynamics") represents shares acquired through the vesting and settlement of performance share units granted to the reporting person on July 19, 2023. The exempt disposition of 1,671 shares of Common Stock of AngioDynamics was made to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the pre-determined vesting of shares underlying performance share units granted to the reporting person on July 19, 2023. On July 19, 2023, the reporting person received a target grant of 20,052 performance share units. Between 0% and 200% of the target number was to be earned based on achievement of pre-determined performance metrics for fiscal years 2024, 2025 and 2026 as determined by the compensation committee. In addition, 20% of the total shares earned could be awarded (or cancelled) based on total shareholder return relative to a peer group of companies over a three-year performance period in accordance with performance metrics.
