10. Geographical Information

The Company’s principal markets include North America, Asia and Europe. The Company’s foreign operations are conducted primarily through its wholly-owned subsidiaries in China, Singapore and the Czech Republic. Sales by geographic area represent sales to unaffiliated customers and are based upon the location to which the products were shipped. At June 29, 2018, approximately $10.0 million and $1.5 million of the Company’s net long-lived assets were located in Asia and the Czech Republic, respectively, and the remaining balances were located in the United States. At June 30, 2017, approximately $6.5 million and $1.6 million of the Company’s net long-lived assets were located in Asia and the Czech Republic, respectively, and the remaining balances were located in the United States.
