Stockholders' Equity	8. Stockholders’ Equity Stock Repurchase Plan — On July 24, 2008, the Board of Directors approved a stock repurchase program for up to $10.0 million. The Company commenced the repurchase of its common stock on August 4, 2008. The total number of shares repurchased and related cost of the stock repurchase program were 601,994 shares at a cost of $3,337,000, or an average cost of $5.54 per share. The Company has not repurchased stock during any of the fiscal years after 2008.
