Subsequent Events	9. Subsequent Events The Company and Purchaser entered into the Asset Purchase Option Agreement dated September 15, 2021 (see Note 1 for further details), pursuant to which the Company granted to Purchaser an exclusive option during a fixed period of time to negotiate a definitive asset purchase agreement to acquire one of the Company's preclinical programs. On January 18, 2022, the Purchaser provided written notice to the Company of its intent to exercise such Option. On March 1, 2022 the Company and the Purchaser entered into the Asset Purchase Agreement and the Option fee of $0.5 million was paid to the Company.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
