Commitments and Contingencies	10. Commitments and Contingencies Operating Leases The Company leases its office, laboratory and manufacturing space under non-cancelable operating leases. Total rent expense under these operating leases was $1.4 million and $1.3 million for the three months ended September 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively. Total rent expense under these operating leases was $4.4 million and $4.0 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2014 and 2013, respectively.
