8. Common Stock

As of December 31, 2012 and June 30, 2013, the Company had 200.0 million shares of $0.01 par value common stock authorized. There were 95,825,000 and 96,360,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding as of December 31, 2012 and June 30, 2013, respectively.
