Fees for distribution and servicing related activities are either provided for separately in an investment product’s prospectus or are part of the management fee . Under both arrangements, the fees are collected by JHG and passed through to third - party intermediaries who are responsible for performing the applicable services . The majority of distribution and servicing fees collected by JHG are passed through to third - party intermediaries .
