On March 26, 2020, Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing the rescheduling of its advisory committee meeting by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, providing an update on expected first quarter 2020 financial performance, and announcing new initiatives intended to ensure business continuity and support its employees amid the evolving COVID-19 pandemic.
