Employee Benefit Plan	14. Employee Benefit Plan We sponsor a 401(k) Plan, which stipulates that eligible employees can elect to contribute to the 401(k) Plan, subject to certain limitations of eligible compensation. We match employee contributions up to a maximum of $2,000, $500 and $500 per employee for the years ended December 31, 2014, 2013 and 2012, respectively. During the years ended December 31, 2014, 2013 and 2012, we recognized total expense of $153,000, $59,000 and $31,000, respectively.
