Employee Benefit Plan	15. Employee Benefit Plan We sponsor a 401(k) Plan, which stipulates that eligible employees can elect to contribute to the 401(k) Plan, subject to certain limitations of eligible compensation. We match employee contributions up to a maximum of $500 per employee each year. During the years ended December 31, 2013, 2012 and 2011, we recognized total expense of $59,000, $31,000 and $35,000, respectively.
