On October 24, 2006, Wireless Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the appointment of Mr. David A. Gillespie, a former executive with Duke Energy, as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Gillespie’s appointment is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
