On June 13, 2022, the Financial Condition Report (“FCR”) for Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited and its subsidiaries (together, the “Company”) for the year ending December 31, 2021 was published on the Company’s website, www.aspen.co, in the “Investors” section under “Other,” “Solvency Reports.” The FCR has been filed with the Bermuda Monetary Authority and includes, among other things, details of the Company’s business and performance, governance, risk and compliance structure, risk profile, solvency valuation and capital management.
