On March 16, 2020, Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Kevin Chidwick has been appointed Group Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2020. Mr. Chidwick succeeds Scott Kirk, who will leave the Company on April 30, 2020, to pursue opportunities outside of the Company.
