On November 26, 2019, Daniel A. Pacicco, Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, notified Assurant, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from his position following the filing of the Company’s Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019, to accept the role of Chief Financial Officer at a private company.
