RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 4 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Due to related party During the six months ended June 30, 2024, the Company borrowed $80,171 from a shareholder for payment of operating expenses. The advances have 0% interest and are due upon demand. As of June 30, 2024, and December 31, 2023, the Company had amounts due to related party of $80,171 and $0 respectively.
