RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 4 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Due to related party During the three months ended March 31, 2024, the Company borrowed $53,125 from a shareholder for payment of operating expenses. The advances have 0% interest and are due upon demand. As of March 31, 2024, and March 31, 2023, the Company had amounts due to related party of $53,125 and $5,253 respectively.
