The amounts shown above include gross assets recorded under finance leases of $4.8 million and $7.8 million, with accumulated amortization of $4.0 million and $6.5 million at December 31, 2024 and 2023, respectively.

Occupancy expense was reduced by rental income of $2.2 million, $2.6 million and $2.4 million during 2024, 2023 and 2022, respectively. Depreciation and amortization expense on premises and equipment, which includes amortization of finance leases, amounted to $22.7 million, $23.3 million and $26.8 million during 2024, 2023 and 2022, respectively.
