Status on the Acquisition of ABL Global Asset Management Co., Ltd.

On July 24, 2019, Woori Financial Group Inc. (“Woori Financial Group”) received regulatory approval for the change of a major shareholder of ABL Global Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“ABL Global Asset Management”) from the Korean Financial Services Commission. Woori Financial Group signed a contract to acquire a majority ownership (100.0%) of ABL Global Asset Management on April 5, 2019 and is currently conducting the subsequent procedures to complete the acquisition.

Woori Financial Group will disclose the addition of a direct subsidiary when the acquisition is complete.
